YUDŌ Wellness began with Greg and Ollie and a shared belief: wellness should be simple, grounding, and deeply restorative. That belief resonated with our family and became the reason we chose to carry their vision forward.

Since 1997, our family has lived in four different countries. Across different cultures and chapters of life, we’ve experienced firsthand how demanding the pace of modern living can be. Balancing work, family, and the challenges of starting again has taught us the value of slowing down, listening to our bodies, and making room for rest and recovery.

When we discovered YUDŌ, we recognised a philosophy that reflected our own. We acquired the business from its founders with a clear purpose: to build on what they had created and share it with more people across Australia and, in time, the world.

 

For us, wellness should fit naturally into everyday life. It’s having a space to pause, reconnect with yourself, and create a daily ritual that you look forward to. We see the home sauna as an opportunity to make that space your own.
